add in

rice for a side, chopped green onion garnish

steps

  1. preheat oven to 450
  2. start rice for a side
  3. mince garlic and chop bok choy
  4. fry garlic and curry paste w/ dash oil. 11 inch oven safe pan
  5. mix in sauce stuff in pan until cohesive
  6. max heat, add bok choy and dumplings folded side up
  7. bake 18 minutes, then overtop broil for 1-2 minutes
  8. top with green onions, and serve
